OUR HISTORY

A brief history of the company widely known today as West Coast Appliance Services, Inc. (DBA West Coast Solar), a family-owned business adhering to the motto “When you need us, we are there!”

Back in 1996, I found out that some of my friends and neighbors needed their appliances, heaters and air conditioners serviced or repaired. That was something I could do, the more so that I had an engineering background. I set up a company, West Coast Appliance Services, with only four members on the team, including myself, and only two trucks.

Since those early days, the company has grown into a full-fledged business offering a wide variety of products and services, focusing mostly on heating, air conditioning and solar. All along, the company’s guidelines have remained unchanged, though: deliver the best to your customers, every single time, and at a fair price. As the company President, I have always upheld and maintained high standards of quality, no matter what you do, and active community involvement.

In 2008, we expanded our business with a new service – Solar Solutions, provision of a renewable energy technology to help California become a “greener” state.

We take pride in our history and achievements, yet we continue to strive while responding to new challenges and great opportunities coming with never-ending developments in the heating, cooling, and solar technology industries of the future. Our very experience is a solid proof that no good job or service is ever forgotten, and we continue to abide by this simple rule.

For almost 15 years today there has been the name around, the one you should never forget when it comes to your heating, cooling, and solar energy needs, that name is – West Coast….period!
